as it was mentioned, if we do not take ourselves too seriously no one will but also there is that other adage that the higher we stand the further we fall......is there some happy medium?

Nobody got bashed,yet! At times we take ourselves way too seriously. In my opinion, every group is diverserfied, just as in a congregation. Some posts seem to suggest either you accept MY thinking or you are wrong or stupid. Those that have the view that they could never be wrong are sadly mistaken. We all make mistakes. It takes a big person to admit it and forgive and carry on.

I would hope that this would be taken to heart, but methinks it will fall on deaf ears. There are some people who come here and act like total turds, thinking that they are far superior than the rest of us. They accomplish nothing in their high-and-mighty attitudes as far as I'm concerned.
