Hiya Kenpo,
Well, hmmm, interesting. When I was growing up I just wanted to fit in. The girls all had the same hairstyle and I wanted to have it too. I couldn't though. I actually was truly upset over this. Girls can be extremely hard on other girls. Well, quite vicious actually. I was always more of a lover than a fighter, so to speak. There was a kid on the bus every morning who called out to me......."hey frizz head." This was devastating for me. He was a common bully who called out to two other kids every morning, one was called "nose" and the other I've forgotten. This was in 7th grade when kids are already just stepping into those bigger shoes of jr. high and feeling intimidated to begin with. I used to cry when I got home and tell my dad that I was angry with him for giving me his hair. He used to smile and pat me on the head and say, "One day my child, you will be thankful for those curls." That used to make me angrier!
Well, once again the style for hair is straight and parted down the middle. The same hip hugger flared leg jeans are back too, along with the platform shoes, etc. It is so reminiscient of the 70's when I was a kid. I still have my curly hair that I got from my pop. He was right, I am thankful for my curls. Dj

Kids can be so cruel. I was a real thin kid and always got made fun off. I wanted to be heavier more then anything in the world. People would always say I should be happy being thin, but I never was. I guess there is something about each one of us that kids picked out and made fun of.

Perfection is all about perceptions.
My perception of the perfect man is someone thoughtful, gentle, loving and kind, considerate, interesting, understanding, reasonable and yeilding. If he's nicely packaged and rich, then that's a bonus.
My ideal perfect self would be thin, and would wear bikinis instead of a full bathing suit, hips and thighs would be firm and breasts perky, instead of slack and resembling envelope lids. But alas..."so not happening" as my daughter would say. Yet to ONE man, I am perfect! (and yes, he wears glasses )

he wears glasses
Perhaps the glasses only help to focus your outer beauty, yet your inner beauty would shine in a moment of complete darkness.

If your wife is scared of gaining during pregnancy, tell her for me....that i gained 27 lbs. while I was prego and it was not fat. Most of it is fluid and the baby, etc. I was shocked that I was still thin! She will be fine!

Hey Beck,
Your discription of what you want in a man, fits me perfectly. I am your guy. Now, since I am 61 years old, what I said is probably not true, plus I am married, and have been for 38 years. I hope these facts don't interfere with our romance.
