  Ash,

  I agree that most Organized Religions should be done away with.

  However, True Christians should have fellowship with one another, but they do not need to have a huge organized Religion.

  I have a recent thread on the Catholic Church and JWs sharing the same spirit. I must now add to that list the Mormons. The idea hit me as soon as I saw your post. I searched and quickly found jst the support I needed. Check out this link.

  Didn't mean to throw God into that one, just organized religion. Anything run by men has the chance to be rotten.

  God, as a diety, (the modern idea of the loving God, not the warring one in the Hebrew scriptures) is fine by me as long as people use their belief for personal peace or something good in the community.

  But, using God and his 'rules' to abuse, hurt and manipulate people is where my derision comes in.
