This sunday an elder used the same Cosby issue saying how the past comes up against a trusted respected old man due to his sins. Used it to show how we just can't trust the world. I can see it will be used again and again to misdirect attention saying it's safer in here. It doesn't seem that many in my area including elders are aware or want to face the facts that the sins that take place within the borg are so prevalent. Something more shattering has to take place within the borg here for others to wake up. The majority don't seek knowledge outside so no mass awakening. Sob!

The WTS's bad has been that this organization has been inherently corrupt in promoting the proliferation of its literature , with commercially devised theological apostasy. There are so many verses in the bible to prove and verify this its ridiculous.
Will the WTS tower eventually crumble over onto itself from that apostasy, is speculative in this point in time.
There is still a lot of power and money there and I think there is going to be a strong assertive attempt to keep it.

It's not that JWs don't know about the sex abuse issues it's more that they just don't want to know about it. For example I mentioned this to an inactive witnesses who I bumped into in town the other day. She stopped me in my tracks after I mentioned the word sex abuse, and she hates the religion.
