Far be it from me to collude in inciting passion during your, no doubt, magnificently mellifluent encounters. However, Mrs Know_You and I - in our special times together - find that reading several chapters of Habbakuk, or Haggai or, on very special occasions, Ezekiel's account of the Valley of the Dry Bones does much to put us in a romantic mood.
Wasa - I do sense that in your case a very rigid regime is required - perhaps you need to be chained down and force fed large segments of the prophet Malachi which you then have to recite from memory......and since nothing worthwhile in life is pain free, any slip of the tongue (as it were) will be rewarded by the swift application of the red whip of chastity.
