    Dear Sister Prisca,

Your question has been referred to the Freedom Service Desk for answering.

You ask whether you can count the time spent in corresponding ("posting") on exJW sites. As you know, there are many honest-hearted ones seeking the truth about "The Troof" who visit such sites.

Since there is no clear Biblical command on this matter, it becomes a matter for each individual Christian to prayerfully consider. Some true Christians feel that it's a means of reaching some confused souls and they can, with a clear conscience, take advantage of this form of witnessing and so count the time spent there.

We trust this helps you, Sister Prisca, and in writing we send our warm Christian greetings.

    Your fellow posters,

    Dear Bro Ozzie,

Thank you for your answer to my question. It had been puzzling me for many months now.

I shall go to my Presiding Overseer and hand in my Application for Regular Pioneer Service form.

    Warm Christian love,

    Prisca.

    2. Kept a record in my diary.

Well, this is good timing for me to be asked this question, because this is the first month in ages and ages I haven't been out on the ministry. Even while I've been here posting all the anti-WT stuff, I've still been averaging around 8 or 9 a month hypocritically trying to convert people - you don't know what guilt is until you do this! Well, because I was away at the beginning of the month, and then I was ill afterward for a week or so, I've now managed to worm my way out of it this month, and I haven't been out this week either.

Am I gonna put in a report for October though? I don't know. I haven't lied about my ministry up to now, but to be honest, fibbing on your report has given many here a bit of welcome breathing space. Maybe I'll just leave it and see what happens.

#2. The PO handed out little calendar/appointment books at the end of the year for the upcoming year and I'd write in the date box each time I went out (the exact time to the minute).

I jot mine down on an index card or slip of paper in three columns - hrs, mags, rvs.....well, last I was out there, anyway....for the past three months, it's been, well, made up to keep the hounds at bay.

    Greetings, all!

I literally used little "Field Service Time Record" slips that I got (or maybe someone else got for me) from... well, the Strogh's (sp) catalog or sumthin' like that... and kept track of my time and my kids' time... down to 15-minute intervals... and when turning in time, either rounded down... or carried over any excess increments to the next month (asked for and received permission to do that, too!)

    Peace to you all!
