Yes, we mustn't forget that apparently this is being used as a Watchtower Welsh language translation unit.Couldn't possibly be a weekend bolthole for some Watchtower high-ups could it.

Huh, for some odd reason he left that part out. Go figure.
He did mention that the goal is to have exactly 3 congregations per auditorium. He had a chart of all the KHs in the USA, with color-coded dots. One particular color was for KHs with one congregation, another color for 2 congregations, and so on up to a red dot for "5+".
It was hard to tell the various colors from my seat, but my impression was that the vast majority of KHs had 3 or fewer congregations each. Only in a few areas (principally Miami and LA) were there lots of "red dots".
Based on that chart, and their goal of "3 congregations per KH", I'd say there are at least a thousand KHs about to be sold.
