outnfree, I teach piano. When a student quits, it is like me getting fired. This student's parents came to my wedding. But her mom, who is a jw, called me last Wednesday that she was going to have her daughter take lesson from someone else. Last Wednesday was the day she was supposed to pay me for the month. So it became like I got fired without any pay. She didn't give me any notice either.
As PurpleV said, I'm going to pursue the Small Claims Court unless she pays me. I'm going to write a letter to her every month for 3 months, and see what happens.
Has anyone gone to the court of law against the JW and won???????
