Here we have the Terms of Use from the originators of the email. In my estimation this person HAS violated these terms. My suggestion would be for everyone to make a complaint to SharpMail. I find this service hilarious myself, so long as it doesn't hurt others, but I think this did (it made my heart skip a beat). Fortunately we were able to get a handle on it immediately.
