sally, I'm sorry for you that your name got dragged into this total nonsense, but you're reacting to the wrong persons. It is because of Focus's actions, noone else's, that this thread exists. One cannot allude to being Prominent Bethelite, who just happens to have a website comprised of his SECRET identity, have others supposedly post for him due to his HIGHLY SECRETIVE IDENTITY, and then be insulted when someone actually digs around and easily finds something. It was Focus, (capital F) on this forum, in the link below, that GAVE OUT CLUES, one of HIS CLUES being KATS. Perhaps you should confront Focus (capital F) regarding this, not Spanner. Someone is playing games and dragged you into it.

xena, if I alluded to being another poster and posted "clues" to track me, as FOCUS (capital F) did in the above link, I would expect that someone very well may "check all my posts and what not for clues,"

lol daisy one of the many good things about me is I can laugh at myself, heck I can laugh at you too....it's easy

focus was apparently messing with jim, (can you say wild goose chase???) but ya missed that, kinda like I missed the sally thing (it happens to all of us dear, don't feel bad...)

so what exactly did spanner find out with these clues and all the checking done? apparently not much...but enough to upset another innocent poster...reason enough to leave well enough alone, yes?

The flamethrowers may well strike again, but thanks for your post.

Focus, (capital F) as far as I could perceive, laid down a challenge. He gave the Board, via Jim Rizoli, a set of clues, as you have posted above. He was saying to me: "I challenge you to identify me!"

Well, I like a challenge!

So, in different combinations, I put his "clues" into the JWD search engine. And I found that there was a strong indication that the web sites that I have previously quoted ( and have mysteriously been deleted(!) ) were linked to Focus. A bit more research, and there was a basis to publicize my findings.

Now, Focus is not an idiot (a term used to describe me by Simplesally, although she has absolutely no knowledge whatsoever of my intellect) so he would know that it wouldn't take a genius to find the link between focus and Focus.

My profound apologies to Simplesally if I have said anything to offend her.

As you have said, DD, it is because of Focus' actions that I started this thread.

As for sally....due to your posting your "research" her name was brought into this, perhaps if you had emailed her first to discuss the connection you found she might not be calling you an idiot.

You know just because someone waves bait under your nose doesn't mean you have to jump for it...and on a discussion board where privacy is a BIG issue....well don't expect everyone to be real excited to see identities being revealed.....without the express permission of the person behind the user name....lol you have the right to do whatever you want...like I said just don't expect everyone to agree with ya...

lol having taken a few DEEP breaths....I will apologize for my hasty words.....

however, I just don't understand how you can not see that you are invading people's privacy....and don't try and say "Focus made me do it"...it's called personal accountability...no one forced you to start this thread...or to post info about sally...you did it all on your own....regardless of your reasons...and didn't care who you might have hurt in the process.

We are exJW's....some of us have families in the truth still and want to remain unknown for that reason...there may be a mariad of other reasons people do not want to reveal themselves, this is the internet after all, come on....

And I guess I just don't get why it is so important to you to find out who or what Focus is....he/she/it is just another poster on here....and in the total scheme of life does it really matter? You take what is written and either accept it on it's own merit or reject it.....oh sure the source is sometimes helpful, but if you don't have it you take that into consideration too...

As for ms. daisy.....I make mistakes...I made one when I misread what sally wrote...I apologized for that (seems to be my day for apologizing)....I stand by anything else I wrote regardless of how you feel about it.
