We are on the same side oldman, I was raised in the borg (our little nickname for the org) and got myself disfellowshiped at the age of 15. I couldn't take the BS anymore. Welcome and hope you stick around to help others see what the JW's really are.

Welcome back to life, Oldman. I have experienced the non-love in many congregations over the years also. You'll find more loving people on this site than anywhere in the Organization. Keep searching.

Good thing that rounded up 100% of the populaltion is in agreement with you. I do sometimes pity them but really many of them have yet to imagine that there is any other way to live. Even some who leave the stick and the stone and the magazines they still can't believe that there is any truth to life out here. In a word "delusional" while in and "disillusioned" when out.

It is clear that you posted before you read anything on this site or you are pulling on my old leg...
The majority on this site share your views of the JW's / DUBS. Many have written to the society and have broken away while many are still struggling with their break away? A few still are attending....
Some are avid JW haters. Be careful of some that will try to come accross as x-jw's that have never been to meetings?
