I put up my tree tonight!! I bought another artificial tree. My old one was getting out of shape.
I wish I had a digital camera so I could take pictures and post them. I guess I will just have to buy film instead.
I love it! I bought silver and gold combined colour garland. Gold and also some burgandy ornament balls. Etched glass angels, and white lights. It's beautiful!

Lilacs that sounds sooo pretty. If you take some pictures I would love to see them. I'm going to be moving in a couple of weeks so I'm not putting one up until then.

LB, I have a pencam but I can't figure out how to use it without it being connected to my PC. If I knew how, I would take a pic with it and have it posted tonight.
I asked my son, Steven to see if he can borrow his girlfriends, mothers digital(maybe tomorrow). If and when she does, I will post that pic. I think this is the prettiest tree I have ever had. I'm proud of it.

Yippeee tis the season to be jolly....tra la la - you know the rest.
I'm going to wait until my joho relatives go home before I put up my tree...they're not quite used to me with my pagan ways...although they will be celebrating a birthday with us tomorrow, they don't mind that, but the tree might just blow their sox right off LOL.

I can't wait to put my tree up...my lights also play jingle bells, they are so annoying!

I haven't frosted the windows but I put those fake candles in the window ledges. I am also going to buy those ice sickle lights to hang on the trim of the roof. I've spent $140 so far on decorations this year already so I need to slow down. LOL
I've been spending money too Lilacs. I purchased over 5000 lights for the outside of our house. We plan to cut down a tree between 12-14 feet for the living room. There will be no room for furniture, but who cares.
I cant wait.. first of december my tree is going up!!! first tree in 20 years and I am soooooooo excited!!
I go into stores where there are chrissy trees and start acting like a little girl again. My partner loves to see me get excited like a kid over christmas

Jesus christ(said in the spirit of xmass) Sherri, LB was right, the gold/burgundy balls, garlands and lights in the window, sound like something out of 'The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas'!!!!!!!!!!!!!
