I think the problem with the sarcastic approach to threads like this, is that basically, nobody wins. The guy who originally posted gets pounded into the floor and if he/she was ever going to post again, then now its very unlikely. This board then loses touch with another person who maybe seeking some genuine information.

I'm sorry Dizzy. I was sarcastic, but also genuine. I did have that thought running through my mind today, and my response was just as I wrote it.
You're right Diz, I'm sure we've all been successful in engaging a condescending JW reminding us how precisely they have predicting this very impending end of this wicked system of things. I don't know what came over me.
Stormbringer, please come back. I want to hear all about how the FDS was chosen as the channel of communication - and gimme some of that meat in due season. I've been looking for an opportunity to abandon all this independant thought I've been having.

Perhaps there was with a hint of sarcasm the post was initially sent. But, I didn't sense it. The smell of "oh so righteous indignation" permeated storms statements such that it didn't register.
