Wow! I didn't realize Benny Hill was unhappy. All I know is that he made a lot of unhappy people happy again.
Remember the poor, old, little man that he used to slap around? LOL!
I guess I'm one of the unlucky ones. I was into my twenties before I ever saw Benny Hill. He cracked me up.
My Dub wife turned me on to the show (she'd been watching it for a long time) and came to hate that I liked it so much. I think it was the girls.

I try and watch his show each night. It's amazing that I can still remember some of the shows even though I hadn't seen them in many years ("Stick your finger in your ear and go ting-a-ling-a-loo..." and "That's the last one you silly fat cow!")
