Yes, back to the basics (where I should have stayed all along anyway).
Wake up each morning happy, do my work happy, come home happy, go to bed happy.
Take the hard times, even the bad times, learn from them, and end up happy.
Have money, be happy...have a tight budget, be happy anyway.

I'm also living to make the world a better place for the kids. I do a lot of theater to fill my time. Love to act and write and direct.
Mostly, life is a game called Grace over Time. Maintain your grace for all of your allotted time, and you're about ready to move to the next level. I just hope I get to take the lessons I've learned from this round into the next one.

I live for some smiles and a laugh or two. I live for lifes rewards. They are so many. Tonight it was the conversation I had with one of my basketball players at the highschool. I spent about an hour after practice with him talking about his classes and behavior problems he seems to be having. He is a tough kid with tons attitude. Yet we sat alone in the gym talking and talking. When we were leaving he thanked me and I saw a tear in this tough guys eye.
I live for silly crap like that.
Beer, golf, and to play a good game of chess now and then. But seriously, to chat with notperfectyet.
I live for the day, when I know peace of mind, heart and soul. And I hope that I can pass that on to my children,,,,,, that would be my dream. Whatever it is I find out , out there, that I die in peace and my children don't worry that I died unhappy , but they will see me pass this life with faith , again. That way when their time comes, they will search for peace too and find it.
I live for the "NOW". And I've found that everytime I fall back into the past or jump ahead into the future the really Bad, Ugly Jerry shows up. And no one likes him, including me!
yeah I know that ugly Jerry, I like the bad Jerry which is really the good Jerry.
I look forward to spring, it lets me see how my 50 some trees have gotten bigger with each passing year.
Love that tune gopher! I could easily sing it in my head and once I master the words I'll be singing it around the house.
