They can have them - I won't be needing them any more

It's on my driver's license but they won't take my blood. Still I can make someone else's life more meaningful after I die so why not?

Skimmer
(I signed up as a donor when I got my first driver's license years ago.)
And to the WTBTS, I, Skimmer, being of sound mind and body, do hereby bequeath the entire contents of my intestines. It is but only fair that I repay them literally for what they figuratively gave me.

LOL at Skimmer,,,,,,,,,, that is a great idea !!!hehhehe
Seriously,,,,,,, It seems to me that once so many of us got out of the chains of bondage to the WT, we became so much more Christlike. Afterall he gave his life blood for us,,,,, and he said to be like him,,,,,, so we are to love our neighbors as ourselves. It seems all who have responed so far have no reservations whatsoever , as to giving the gift of life to someone, I am truly sickened to think that I used to think that "apostates" were evil people. You all here prove what true love of mankind is all about. There is more happiness in giving than receiving. I am so glad I see the light now and now I can do without fear what my heart always told me was right, about donating blood and donating my organs. There is so many things we can do for our fellow humans,,,,,, volunteering, cooking a meal, visiting the elderly, and even givng our own blood and god forbid we die,,,,, passing on our last gift , our very own organs,,,,,,,, so much better than peddling those good for nothing magazines.

I'm signed up with the DMV too. Just a note too, if you have something like a medical power of attorney, state it in there too. The DMV route is not as strong legally. Also if you are in a vegetative state, there will be someone who can decide to end life support and make your organs available without a big hassle with your family. Donated organs are best when used closest to death.

I've been signed up as an organ donor for many years, although I'm getting a bit "long in the tooth" and they may not want them.

Yes. What do I need them for when I'm dead? I have marked off on my license to be a donor and have spoke with my husband about this in the past. Just don't want to be a donor too soon, you know?!

LOL at Mrs. Shakita,,,,,,, me either........ I hope to wait and keep mine as long as I can.
You are so right Craig,,,,,,, every month it seems like some new thing that we do, from birthdays, to the pledge of allegience. But it is exciting to be so free to do what we want for a change isnt it?
