The judge made a good point, because the truth is JW's take random thinks from the old testament and apply it today, and on the other side, they do not apply everything from the new testament, or say huge parts of new testament apply only to 144.000 humans.
This is what happens when you do not accept a dispensationalist view of the bible. It is the only way everything makes sense.
The JW's are confused because they do not understand nor accept that there are different dispensations / administrations in the way God treats with humans, and we have to comply with the rules of the dispensation we live in.
