Well, my real name is Priscilla, and when I went to register on a pro-JW site many moons ago, "Priscilla" was already taken, so I chose "Prisca". Prisca is the Latin version of Priscilla.
So, when I discovered this site, I was pretty much an ex-jw by this stage, and I was known online as "Prisca", so I stayed with the name.

When I signed up here, I was reading this incredible cool book by Heinlein. I do believe it was "Path of glory" but I could be mistaken. Anyway, the hero of the story, had this totally cool sword, with the inscription, "Dum Vivimus, Vivamus!". I like that sentiment, hence my name.

I have used "Animal" online since I got online... in the 80's.
I got the nickname back in the 70's... a funny story itself.
Animal
