mmmmmmmmmmmmmbeer. I prefer amber beers...Red Hook ESB, Alaskan Amber, DosEquis Amber, and that Amber Bock is also good. I also enjoy wine, mainly merlot.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm... I don't like traditional beer, I like wine coolers. I looooooooooooooove SkyyBlue and Smirnoff Ice. Yeah, Yeah Sissy beer, but I'm a woman, I am ALLOWED to be a sissy.

Well, I'm more of a wine drinker - I love a good cabernet or shiraz, and on a hot day pinot grigio properly chilled - but the only beer I really like is dark beer or stout from England, room temperature, preferably imbibed in a pub on a cold, rainy day. Only got drunk once, on our honeymoon, and I took off my shoes and went dancing down the street singing to the cab drivers - or so I'm told by Big Tex. I don't remember anything until the headache the next morning. Ugh. Never had the desire to do THAT again!

in a hick bar
on a hot summer day
with pizza
with hot dogs and potato salad
with certain friends

But if I am out to get totally shnockered up it's Long Island Ice Teas and Vodka Sours...yum!

When I chose to drink (which really isn't very often) I prefer the Crown Royal and Coke. Mmmmmmm..........

Any amount of alcohol gives me a splitting headache. So, if I REALLY want to drink, I need to pop some Ibuprofen about an hour before I have a drink. I don't like having to take drugs just to drink, so I rarely do. Maybe once or twice a year.

Since I have worked in bars for 6yrs and bartended for a couple of those yrs, I have experimented with alcohol alot.

Joan----When we got the hard lemonade in our bar (bartending at the time) we put grenidine (cherry flavor--like the one used in cherry vodka sours), and next we tried the rasberry (very good), we also tried the blue curaso (the liquor that makes a blue hawiian blue), that was a bad idea, but it looked cool, tasted bitter though.

I love merlot, as long as it isn't too dry.

As far as the hard liquors, I have burned myself out on all but two. Jager, and an orange flavored conac.(sp?)

But beer goes with most things and that is what I drink the most of. I was over at cruzanheart's house last night and she served a great merlot!!!!!!!!!! Thanx nina.

I don't like drinks that are too sweet, only from time to time will I drink something sweet. Hey, give me a break, I don't even drink soda.

Ahhhhh my favorite subject.

I like good old Miller Lite. Sometimes when cash is tight I go with Milwaukee's Best Ice. I also like Dos Equis Lager.

Scootergirl, I love Crown. Try it with Cherry Coke sometime. Straight Crown with a Cherry Coke chaser, yum yum!
