Seriously, this is interesting. I wonder if the fact that recently KM's have been scanned and links posted to this site had anything to do with this? Hmmm. Much harder to scan those letters, you'd have to pull them down from the bulliten information board and copy them. More secrecy and subterfuge.

That sounds right on the money to me. They are all about keeping everything secret from us evil apostates. That's why most of us couldn't even get subscriptions to the magazines, when they still had subscriptions. KM's are too accessible - a lot of us have spouses or family members who are still in the org. Congregation letters are not permitted to be taken from the KH, and will be much harder to get copies of.
Today I talked about this subject to a former elder. He also thinks it has to do with $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
We pay for our literature in the KH. If we give it away in field service and don't get anything for it (who pays for that anyway), then the publishers are thoose who are paying for everything
BTW all the orders for special bibles (study bible and the luxe bible) are canceled (in Dutch). Does anybody knows if this also applies for the English bibles?
