I strongly urge you to look at and download the document called "Lying in Court - Theocratic Warfare Strategy" - over at freeminds.org

This is a lengthy and careful analysis of the Watchtower Society's practice of
deliberate lying to the public - and in courtrooms. It is rigorous enough to cause
headaches for the Legal Dept. - in exposing their attempts to suborn perjury and
deceive the public as to the true aims of the organization.

Keep a copy of this on file especially if you might be involved in any litigation
like child custody where the Watchtower will be involved.

The information contained within needs to be widely advertised and told to public
officials - the Watchtower is untrustworthy and dishonest - and here's documented
proof!

I never understood Mormon's when they did it as thier Profit suposedly speaks to The Christ and other Angels.....so I would think why did they need to lie and why oh why did UTAH Become a state and give up certain beliefs because the U.S. Army would invade other wise? I mean they clamed God's Backing....Hmmmmm

The WT Society is also not above unscrupulous ad hominem attacks, presenting wholly inaccurate evidence against the people who testify in these kinds of cases.

My brother, years ago when he was still an elder, testified in court on behalf of a JW whom was fighting his newly apostized ex-wife for custody of their daughter. He was beaming at the fact that they had been successful in taking the daughter from her mother. (In other words, at the WTS's win, for the WTS provided the lawyer.) He was so pleased, that I, not being familiar with the couple, thought the mother must've been a drug addict, boozer, or something equally as harmful that rationalized her not having custody of her child. We got into a bit of a "debate" when he told me she was none of the above. Actually, he thought she was a very decent person and had been a "good" Witness, she just began questioning the "truth" and had ultimately been df'ed for it. He almost gloated about how "she didn't have a chance against the lawyers provided by the Society. I knew he must have altered the truth in court and I was naive enough to believe, at that time, that that was one thing a Witness would never do. yea right.

Porkchop, do you suppose that Franz had an "agenda" also ? (yea, he just WANTED to be df'ed so he could write, he didn't get to write enough when he was a JW in good standing.......)

Whether total or partially relevant (I've only saved it - not read it) - it's worth while. Why? Any point to understand the WT lying strategy is a help.

I'm also sending this to some people I know who are getting involved in legal issues with WT - any help is a positive move.

Been there...doing that.

I am a fit mother whose children have been told will die at Armageddon and the kids will go down too if they stay with me. In court the JW's denied shunning existed and a bunch of you wrote me affidavits refuting this lie........eternally grateful guys.

Next, he drags in the City Overseer who is asked by my attorney to read from the Organization book a quote about shunning. Lo and behold!!!! the JW's don't print an organization book and he has never heard of it. He even refused to read any WT quotes because they might be taken from apostate websites. He also denied the custody packet available to JW's in custody disputes. My attorney asked him what difference it made where the WT quotes came from, if they were WT quotes. He pointed a finger at me and said, "She gave these to you didn't she?" uh, yup.

Anyway, I filed perjury charges and Randy W. has the video. I hope he puts it out there. People need to see what these people are capable of.

p.s. I'm still looking for help with stories of xjw parents in this battle.........for our children.

A quote's a quote. If it's inaccurate, that can be proven. If it's accurate....it's still an accurate quote...no matter who quoted it.

What'd your attorney say 'bout that?
