OK, let me just spit this out though it may be controversial.
There are some who don't like being classed as apostates and we are not apostates by definition. We are not all about turning our backs on God or spirtuality or maybe the bible, even though some here choose different life styles.
But we do make up a group of apostates from the perspective of many witnesses. We therefore are by definition given a certain amount of responsibility as to what we do and say, whether we agree with their views about us or not.
What I am saying is that we are in a unique position of "bearing witness" as to all things in their view whether we are becoming of their labels given unto us or not.
Let me put it very simply in the context of this thread: I think Simon understands the seriousness of what we are doing and the broader picture. This can affect many lives for the better and can even make the difference of life and death.

Simon is a giving person and his heart is in the right place. He knows what it's like to be somewhat lost and alone, floundering after the JW lifestyle.
This site has certainly helped me. It kinda has a rolleycoaster affect...paying it forward, so to speak.
