They really are going with the whole JW thing arent they? After a lifetime of droning on and on about being JEHOVAHS witnesses they have just summarily dispensed with it to the point of even this letter being about a JW Corporation.

Does anyone have any idea what the purpose of this is? They read this and really didn't clarify the purpose.

It's probably so they can divert money into that corporation and keep it separate. That way, when they get sued, they can say "look, we don't have any money! Sure JW Congregation Support, Inc has money, but they are their own thing over there. You can't have their money".

This will likely be the corporation that LDC will fall under. (LDC isn't a corporation...)

Interesting. Quick scan of history shows it's been around since 2004. Didn't know they had their own consultancy corp. either (JWCS LLC).
