Actually a ground based suitecase size nuke wouldn't destroy an entire city, it would take out blocks, that's why they explode them in the air over a city to maximise damage. Now it's the secondary affects that would cause more problems, from the radioactive fallout, depending on the wind at the time.

What you need is a good sized, say 25 Megaton, hydrogen bomb to get things really cookin'!!! For those unfamiliar with TH's book "Nukes, your friend and mine: A personal guide to Nuclear Tech" a megaton is the equivelent to 1 Million Tons of TNT. Good stuff I tell you!!!!!

yes i know...the US is gonna invade.
why didn't the US invade in 1991? as you know the US is not the only country interested in the oil....and it doesn't want to risk the relationship with its allies. .... otherwise they would have invaded long time ago.
can you perhaps remember what was said about the iraqi army before the last war? the media stylized hussein's robber band to the 5th strongest army in the world...with high tech planes and tanks, massive large scale underground bunkers where the super migs where hidden etc. etc. ....well as it turned out he had NOTHING! equipment from the 60ties that was shut down before it even got off the ground.
and its the same now....this man has NOTHING! the US will not loose a single plane or tank!
the really sad part is that most people in the Us don't realize that. this war will cost you about 60 BILLION dollars! and who is gonna profit from this? NOT YOU but a few guys in the oil and weapon lobby.

You mean I should have voted for Chairman Mao Gore? I would much rather have a president who is sleeping with the Oil execs vs. one who is sleeping with the Chinese. Clinton gave the Chinese WAY to much stuff (including tech on our Nuke Designs...and you think Bush is bad!!!!). Plus, Gore was a bumbling idiot....though he did invent the internet.
