So sorry that you lost your Dad. It is a shock to find a loved one dead and not expected.
Do your grieving. Don't hold it in and try to be brave. Let the crying out. Try to have some others come and visit you at times during the day and still keep time for the grieving in private.
Only time will bring an acceptance and lessoning of the grief. Cherish all the good memories of happy times and know your father is in a better place.
If the sorrow is too strong, see your doctor and get some medication to aid sleep and relieve some of the anxiety and the shock of it all.
