I have been silently following your travail from the beginning. Since I have no expertise whatsoever in this subject, I felt it best to remain quiet. I'm very glad that you and your ex decided to keep the court appointment - I wonder what might have happened if you did not go.

Jesika, I hadn't read your story until now, but I am sooo thankful you have come up victorious! I also am thankful to have hope. One of my fears is that my parents will do this to me. The abuse they have dished out my entire life up to this week is horrible and my children will NOT EVER be with them without their daddy or I present.
