Truthseekers2---There is hope, and I was very afraid this would turn out bad. Although this isn't over yet, I can at least take a step back and have a sigh of relief. Grandparents don't have rights, unless there is no reason for the child not to see the grandparent. Even then the grandparent would have to PROVE they should see the child.
I will be looking for a lawyer to handle the legal talk, and I will let everyone know what happens. We won't be going to court again unless my MIL's lawyer files something else, which we hope won't happen.
