Im not sure whats going on, but I just wanted to let you know that I have been very encouraged by many of your posts.

I know I have pissed people off, if not at least bugged the crapp out of them from time to time. Not everyone is going to agree all the time and nobody is perfect.

I hope everythings ok.

I'm sorry if I have distressed anyone. I did not mean to act so badly and I'm somewhat embarrassed by everything that's happened to me lately. I've had a really bad day. I still want to just go hide in a cave somewhere, but I won't. It's very hard for me to write and/or talk, especially about myself, and that was one reason I started to post here. It was another fear to conquer; another area in which to improve myself. I used to suffer from major depression for years and I used to be a real mess. While I've resolved most of my issues there are times when events and people bring up some old feelings.

There's a lot I can't talk about, but I did a favor for a friend, and it turned out badly. Then I received one of the hateful and vitriolic emails (from an anonymous source). That kind of triggered some old catch phrases that my parents drilled me with daily (thanks Mom for the gift that keeps on giving). By then I was spiraling down with a harmonic convergence of shame, sadness and despair. My old response to these feelings was to withdraw and pull back from everyone and everything, but I won't give in to that anymore.

As I write this, my hands are still shaking and I still feel the blackness pulling at me. But I'll get over it; I always do. I'm just going to feel pretty bad about myself for awhile, and then it'll go away.

I just want to apologize again. I try my best, but sometimes my past catches up with me. Thank you all for caring. It feels strange to have people being concerned about me instead of ignoring me, but strange in a nice way.

Gosh someone has actually taken me off ignore! Now I reckon your really the cool ones (Glad I took you off ignore or I would never have known you had said it).

I couldnt get on line last night when I got to work grrrr, Modem was having probs... so I came home this morning to check this thread out and make sure you are ok BT. Hope you are feeling much better today, I just know our Cruz has given a good response to that stupid email sender.
