I don't want to be a damp squib but do we know this letter is actually real. It looks like cedars style of writing? If this is indeed true, it does look like there is a huge shift within the org.
Isn't this the kind of thing a corporation does before its inevitable doom? We know most of the rank and file will just put this down to jeeeeehovahs chariot moving forward. I see it as the chariot having a mental breakdown. There is a clip on YouTube from the game Red Dead Redemption, it is a glitch where a horses cart starts throwing an absolute fit!
