  NC-17 is used in the US. "No Children 17 and Under Admitted", therefore referring to adult content that is not porn.

  I have no idea. Maybe it was my videos making fun of Lett. Maybe the video showing the famous 1969 Awake article about not ever fulfilling a career in this system was too much CD for him to handle.
