Is this really for real?? When I first joined this forum some years ago I predicted in a post that I probably would not recognize the religion in 15 years. It seems I was right. My anger and resentment are now almost turning into embarrassment and pity for current JWs and embarrassment that I was ever raised in this cult. Even then, I can't see myself ever standing in front of a cart dressed like that.
Not to say that it was ever sane, but I truly do not recognize this religion anymore.

C'mon, can't you remember walking in public at a convention with one of those god awful "I'm in a cult" lapel cards on? I bet the people who left 15 years before those came out were saying "geez, I would never ..."
It has changed a lot. I wonder what the older members think? They are probably crying inside a little more than normal.

Lol, you have a point ...the lapel cards were the ultimate JW dork identifiers. Always couldn't wait to snatch them off after the assemblies and conventions, and never at restaurants after.

I agree with you too Simon, some of the older ones must be so embarrassed at the drop in standards of this organization.
