I'm so sorry to hear of Alan's passing Julie. He holds a special place in my heart and memories of him and Craig with their marathon phone conversations. Boy could those two talk. I was always glad to hear from him and I'm glad I've gotten to know you better through the years.
We'll talk soon, my heart aches for you, I know it's rough.

Sorry to hear of your loss, Julie, I remember him well from when I first joined the forum and I learned a lot from him. I didn't realize we were close the same age, always thinking he must be much more mature than I was.

I'm so sorry to hear this news, Julie. You have my most sincere condolences.
Alan (and his research) was such a big help to me when I was exiting the JWs in the 90s. I'll remember him always.
