Way down the list of The Best Bond - but his willingness and ability as a "campy" Bond made him fun to watch.

I loved him - my favorite bond - and grew to respect him so much because of his dislike of how all heroes have guns in their hands.
In later life he really felt strongly about how bad those role models were and the harmful effects of the gun culture. -

I'm sitting here staring at the TV and right below it I have the box set of "The Saint" from first episode to last episode, he was also the best Bond in my opinion although I know folks would choose Connery, I disagree
