I watched protesters at Charlottesville chant.

"Jews will not replace us."..."Blood and Soil".

Not exactly friendly but as long as people don`t get violent they can say what they like.

One group from the left came there to fight, they said so.

Someone from the right, plowed into a crowd with a car and killed a woman.

God only knows how many had guns, on both sides.

It`s legal to openly carry a gun there....Crazy.

@OUTLAW: No... that is the entire point. The ppl the liberals try to get outed and fired is not "the right" but normal ppl. Did you even see the video I posted? They tried to get the professor fired and he is not right wing. He just failed their ideological purity test.

The left and the corporations that back it are a way, way bigger threat to our freedoms than the 'alt right' ever would be.

This is a growing trend and it now seems to be open and blatant - if you disagree with certain (actually rather extremist) positions on certain issues, you will be shut down.

Outlaw: Islamic leaders regularly call for death to jews in mosques around the country, yet crickets and silence from the left. So forgive me but I don't think the left actually gives a shit about Jews or Freedom or anything, they just want to express their hate of the right.

Going along with it because you don't like them either isn't a good option. One day they will come for you. That isn't hyperbole, it's reality - it is what always happens.

There's an ill wind blowing and a storm coming and you're either fighting for real grounded principles and for freedom or you're picking what's convenient to settle grievances or cheer those fighting some group you don't like. If you imagine the enemy of your enemy is your friend then you are mistaken.

The left is an angry mob and has already shown repeatedly that they have no sense, no ability to really weight up right and wrong on many many issues and have no self restraint.

He`s a Professor who doesn`t think the Language Laws of Canada apply to him....They do.

If he thinks the laws are wrong, he can legally try to change them.

Until then he is required to obey the law, just like the rest of us.

Canadian Universities have the right to refuse to have him speak, until he complies with the law.(That would fall under the heading of Common Sense)

On the other side of the coin, I`ve seen the people who protest him.

They are vocally extreme/annoying but aren`t breaking any laws.

I'm currently reading a trilogy by Frank Dikotter about the "Liberation" of China by Mao Zedong. The parallels are chilling.

The video posted above features Professor Jordan Peterson. He has become persona non grata for refusing to comply with his students "preferred gender-neutral pronouns".

Peterson and Gad Saad have just been no-platformed from a debate about free-speech. The irony! Gad Saad has been labelled a fascist despite being a Jew whose parents had to flee for their lives from actual fascists.

@LoisLane: Yes I can! The professor was censored by radical left/SJWs bc he didn't want to use their ideologically pure language (i.e. made up pronouns). He explain why this is important bc it is not like you can't say something but you are FORCED to use their approved words/language...

He explains why the left/fascists are always trying to control ppls language... he is really scared. He gives an inside view on how universities in the US through their social study programs are churning out MILLIONS of SJW ideologues. Very scary stuff when you think about it!

I wonder if you are actually familiar with the issues around Peterson? He has done absolutely nothing illegal. He objects that the law seems to demand that he refer to somebody as ve, xe, ze and hir, ze and zir, zie and hir according to their capricious whims.

Canada under Trudeau has gone insane.
