Ron Garrigues - the biggest prick CO, ive ever met;
Would stop & stare you down if you came in late.
He gave direction in field service which resulted in folks doing the wrong block. When someone attempted to advise him this was incorrect, he shouted them down.
at service group, a sister nervously asked him a question about the arrangements, he shook his head and said "only in Anytown Congregation"
He stormed out of elders meetings, thru a side door, when at the conclusion he asked if anyone wanted to discuss anything. "Anytown must be perfect!"
He began a rant on the stage at the CA when i was chairman, insisting he sent me an email, until i pulled up jw.org email and showed him exactly what he sent.
multiple congregations offered him counsel, but i dont know of any letters written to the branch.
If i ever see him again, i will consider punching him in nose.

Way way way back it was Angelo Manera. (You have to be very old to remember him.) But all JW's had a bit harsher personalities back then.
More recently, a CO named Frank Barr (not sure about that spelling). He was a poor excuse of a CO. They were obviously scraping the bottom of the barrel when WTHQ sent him on the road. His wife was even a worse bitch, especially to the young/teen crowd.
And even more recently, I think they all seem to be "Company Men" who know they'll lose their cushy little job if they let something slip by that costs HQ a few bucks.

Names escape me. I met one in a porn peep shop-big surprise and the 2 witness rule saved both us.
There was a yo-yo that was being matched with my wife so she could take care of him. Surprise, her health failed so I take care if her instead.

For me the CO's last name was a guy called Staryki, something like that, anyways he's a %^^$## ASSHOLE, he abused his power to no end, I guess it was because he must of had no love growing up and his father must of been just as big of an asshole as he was, hopefully he's dead today.

Two incidents I remember, but can't remember the CO's names. Both were old and out of shape, and loved the sound of their own voices. This was during the 90s.
One loved to criticize women, and during the public talk said "You women just let yourselves blow up like elephants once you're married!"
The other said, also during a talk, that he and his wife made sure to ask for hosts with no indoor pets. "No clean house has pets living indoors."
I never saw either one of them again, but maybe that was just coincidence.
