Could this be a JW media venture?

I'm wondering if this is another step in WT branching out into attempting to profit through media production. Last year they already registered their Hollywood style company "JW Studios" as an LLC, unlike their other corporations which are non-profit.

( More information on that here: https://www.jehovahs-witness.com/topic/5740817149853696/jw-studios-llc-commercial-purposes )

Now, I see this video of a WT spokesman

promoting a website for legal education called legallearningstudio.com , with an upcoming course about the 20th anniversary of the Stratton court case, hosted by Philip Brumley (WT lawyer) among others. Going to this website, the only course being offered is about JWs, and a link to their YouTube channel has one video, again the one about JWs, with the comment section conveniently turned off. Anyone can watch it there when it goes live, but the website has portals for legal professionals to officially register, which makes me wonder if this is somehow for profit or kickbacks. They also have a section for upcoming courses that hasn't been filled yet, so I wonder if this is a venture from JW Studios, with the "educational courses" being streamed from their new media center in the future, masquerading as a neutral educational body. Looking up the legallearningstudio.com doesn't reveal the owner, saying it was an individual registrant "On behalf of legallearningstudio.com owner".

It looks like legal learning studio is offering CLE credits for legal professionals so they can maintain their licence to practice law. It looks like the watchtower or one of their subsidiaries is an accredited university.

So it's out of the goodness of their heart then? Seriously, why set up a whole separate entity with obvious plans to offer further courses if they would lose time and money on it? Also P.S. - it is a .com domain, not .org

Maybe future offerings for ‘homeschooling’ the kids to further trap them in? Keep them out of the public schools, don’t want to rub shoulders with those ‘worldly’ kids.

It's so their lawyers can be caught up remotely on all of the on-going CSA lawsuits and litigation around the country. They all have to be told to lie, obfuscate, and weasel their way thru the court systems the exact same way. You know, WatchTower luvs "Uniformity."

and another way for WT to contract with non-JW persons as production talent.

    Confirmed Watchtower Media venture.

    https://www.linkedin.com/company/legal-learning-studio/

    LinkedIn page says "Warwick, NY"

The only employee associated with the LinkedIn Profile has been confirmed to me privately by someone who knows him to be a Jehovah's Witness.

Just finished watching the stream. 100% a JW Broadcasting production.

Update: They set the stream to private so it is now unavailable to watch back. I'm in the process of getting a recording from an individual that screen-recorded it.
