    Bonjour Francois,

Hillary my friend, there is no point in our engaging in further discussion regarding the Frency. Our subjective opinions are virtually diametrically opposed, and therefore not likely to find agreement. All of which is in support of my contention that it's all a matter of taste in the first place.

Maybe so. Just to show there are no bad feelings I am sending you a case of Chateauneuf-du-Pape and a huge slab of Reblochon for you culinary delight....lol

    Take care Francois - HS

With all this grey poupon about the French, let's direct our attentions away from the European motherland for a bit.

Let's cross the Atlantic (western bound) for Canada (or Canuckistan thanks Pat Buchanan ...the publicity works, and we got a kick out it, really! ) precisely:

    QUEBEC

There's an interesting lot of Canadians.

Mind you the media will scratch at the tired mention of seperatism. But they're damn good lot, although some of my Canadian counterparts will pour hot maple syrup down my drawers, but they're not the same as the French in France. Quite different. Even the French is different, and the attitude IMHO is more laid back and I've been treated very well whenever I've ventured into my neighbouring province.

Great food: Quebec maple syrup, Poutine, Baked Beans<no not our forum member, Oka Cheese that doesn't smell like well...you know, um...the list goes on. But I thought I'd add that for fun.
