I have SAD but I use a "light box." I had to drag it out this week end. Works pretty good for me. Have your tried that...check with doctor first?

Zeb. I understand about that black dog. Mine comes in for form of extreme anxiety. Which is rearing the ugly head again. I wish you peacefulness and strength to get out the back dog to stop following you!

I'm so clueless. . .I thought the thread was about another forum participant coming to visit. I have experienced depression though. I hope you get the care you need, whatever it might be. Winter will pass.
