How does a person determine if they are "white enough" in order to have the need to comply with this directive? Did they offer a skin tone chart or something so that employees could compare themselves to it?
Also, once a person has been determined to fall beneath the allowable whiteness hues, here is the behavioral guidance on exactly how to act less white and more .... darker?

The truth is that corporate America is color blind. The market couldn't care less what color you are. The market ALWAYS rewards VALUE.... WHY? BECAUSE ITS A MARKET CONCERNED WITH PROFITS, that's why.
I hope more and more people of color will continue to wake up and refuse this horsh*t . The market rewards value. How to make yourself more valuable? That should be the subject of much interest..... and it is for those who are interested in supporting their families and building generational wealth.
