He didn't. We descended from non-human ancestors over millions of years.

Who created these non human descendants? And why?

Jesus did not create humans. Provide scriptural basis for this please.

    New life, here you go

    Colossians 1:16
    New International Version

16 For in him all things were created:things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.

Who created these non human descendants? And why?

Something or Someone that doesn't need acknowledgement from ant-like creatures Neither does He need their worship. As should be the case for an Omniscient, Omnipotent Being that needs nothing from tiny, insignificant humans.

Why did He create non human decendants? .............Because he Could.

    No other reason is needed.

Liam, like I wrote, if you believe the Bible, then we were created by AND for Jesus. (Scriptural proof above)

If you believe that a movie has the answers to creation, then your explanation works….

The Bible never explains why god decided to create the universe, nor why he decided to create humans.

JWs believe that god does not need anything, as he is complete and perfect. Hence, there doesn't seem to be a reason for the creation of anything. Which should leave us a bit worried. A being of incomprehensible power creates a universe and populates a vanishingly small speck of it with creatures that have spent almost their entire existence suffering. He arranges for a relatively small number of them to eventually have a blissful afterlife, while condemning most of them to eternal suffering.

So, why did he create us? Because he enjoys watching the suffering of others, seems to be the most logical explanation.

Jesus is the Creator God, but why did he create us? What say you?

Interesting – and inaccurate – way to pose the question.

But interestingly, the answer to the question why we were created is, at the same time, also a demonstration that Jesus is distinct from and subordinate to God - because it is Jesus’s purpose in life, alongside the rest of creation, to worship God.

Hebrews 2.11, 12 and for this reason he is not ashamed to call them brothers, as he says: “I will declare your name to my brothers; in the midst of the congregation I will praise you with song.”

If you believe that a movie has the answers to creation, then your explanation works…

The movie and an ancient collection of books written by ignorant men of the past are no different. Both are the product of Human invention and imagination. Both can satisfy the human need for answers that aren't there.

Scientist look to reality for answers. They test what can be tested and verified.

Religionist look for answers in ancient books. They test what cannot be tested or verified.

First of all Jesus didn't create man but God with the aid of Jesus,

IF YOU DONT BELIEVE in the Bible many theories have been offered over the years: evolution, ancient alien theory, panspermia etc. In that line of thought we have no purpose and no meaning as previous mentioned.

IF YOU BELIEVE in the Bible then the answer is quoted in Genesis 1:26-27: “Then God said, ‘Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky...’ So God created mankind in His own image, in the image of God He created them; male and female He created them.”

God is a Creator and created a being in his image to look after this planet because He can, like He created angels before that.

Now if you want to dig deeper, there are many rabbit holes you can follow and the following is just pure speculation based in Scripture. I believe one of the reasons we were created is for some of us, only the ones that get raptured, to replace Satan and 1/3 of the angels that fell from Grace.

While the Bible doesn’t explicitly state that humanity was created to replace fallen angels, several verses suggest that believers in Christ will occupy significant roles in God’s eternal kingdom. These roles may parallel or even surpass those held by angels before the fall:

Judges of Angels:1 Corinthians 6:3: “Do you not know that we will judge angels?”

This verse implies that redeemed humanity will have authority over angels in God’s eternal kingdom. It suggests a reversal of the hierarchy seen in creation, where angels initially held a superior role to humans.

Heavenly Worshipers:Revelation 7:9-10 describes a great multitude of redeemed humans worshiping God before His throne, a role previously associated with angels (e.g., Isaiah 6:3).

Adopted as Sons and Daughters:Hebrews 1:14 explains that angels are “ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation,” indicating that humanity, as heirs of salvation, has a unique and exalted status in God’s plan.
