Still haven't been back to the hall since covid. I like a distance. However, a letter was read last week regarding MPOX, the monkey pox- they did not advise getting the vaccine but if sick stay home.

My parents didn't take the vax, Dad is an elder, and neither did some of the other elders and their families.

So your parents can’t go to any JW schools or special meetings?

Your dad couldn’t go to elders schools or kingdom ministry school and neither can your mum now that elders wives are invited?

unless they lie and say they are fully vaxed?

On the front page of jw.org the question is who can you trust, then a picture of a doctor in a white coat with a stethoscope????????????

it is a bit late now, as has been said by a few on Reddit the GB told us to trust the doctors pushing these vaccines

Good. That's the first step in freeing themselves from the WTS. Once you decide that they cannot always be trusted, you have also determined that they are not led by God or the holy spirit. It's a short leap from there to understand that their lack of divine guidance is a really big issue, since their authority is derived from that.

Sorry, they did not mention anything about getting the vax just a reminder to stay home if sick. I guess getting it is up to the individual now.

It’s a bit late now! Every other meeting someone answers up to obey even if you don’t understand the direction. Then they say how well protected we all were taking vaccines when some were saying they weren’t safe

Oh, but remember that one poster here who said that was all pure coincidence and the chance it MIGHT have something to do with the clot shot was just "bullshit"? His word, not mine.

So your parents can’t go to any JW schools or special meetings? They would just lie about having been vaccinated...elders lie?! Unless they had to present a valid shot document (I doubt it).
