Cod liver oil! It's graet for aches and pains.

I hear it's good for the pooper too. How much should you take a day?

    Wow, everyone is so knowledgable!!

MSM is also very, very good.

Glucosamine and Chondroiton are still the best, and I believe the AMA has conceded finally, after 7 years, is it?

Calcium is a must!!! A very good, absorbable calcium............NOT the coral calcium you see advertised on TV. It is possibly the least absorbable, no matter what that so called expert says about it. The best calcium has a plant base source. If you don't consume enough calcium, your body will take it from your bones and deposit in your joints. Milk is NOT a good source either. Your body cannot absorb the calcium molecule from cow's milk because it is too large for humans.............possibly yes, from goat's milk. This is old information, and can be documented if you want that info. Just don't tell the American Dairy Association. They don't like it at all.

EFA (Essential Fatty Acids) are very important too. Flaxseed oil, Salmon Oil, Omega 3's, etc, all can be part of EFA (possibly even Cod Liver Oil)

Grace mentioned Devil's Claw. It is also excellent, and is a naturally occurring steroid, (like prednisone) with no harmful effects on our bodies.
