actually he is concerned in my view, being that wt is a corp much like any other company all employees are EXPECTED TO PERFORM and if your child is not performing THEN THERE IS A PROBLEM
the org has built this mindset into it's members so that it takes on a life of it's own-
while some elders may go overboard even by wt standards , the bottom line this type of conduct is sanctioned by the org
WHEN THE WT TELLS ELDERS TO POSTIVELY KNOW THE APPEARANCE OF THE FLOCK
his conduct is right in line with that type of mindset-
it is all a product of wt thinking and mentatlity
