Hey Karter can you post this for me? As you know my ex wife and i adopted her brother at 7 years old when his parents passed away.

We brought him up a J.W but he left at 16 and moved in with his girlfriend.

It came out he had been interfering with our 3 daughters when they were very young.

He never got prosecuted becouse my daughters didnt want to ( i suspect their mother a hard out J.W has something to do with that) so basicly he walked free.

Latter in life he left his girlfreind comes back to the J.Ws and they welcome him like the prodical son and he marries a J.W.

If anyone reading this thinks the J.Ws like to hide C.S A read on.

It came to my attention recently by 2 ex Elders that had read the letter that followers him when he moves congros that it says the sex bettween him and my daughters was consensual..they were under 10 years old.

    This were it gets disgusting.

I approach the P.O of my old congro and ask him who wrote the letter he said he had moved by that time go see another Elder .. i did he didnt know as well and said for me to ring the branch.

I DID AND THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN CHANGING THE LETTER AT ALL BASICLY GO AWAY.

The offender has moved congros 3 times and every time they elders think my daughters under 10 went along with this POS.

Not sure what my next move is as the branch here has closed down and they operate out of a diffrent country.

If anyone wants to ask questions ill P.M the reply to you.

Forgive me but it sounds like the boy was also quite young.

I just don't get the insane dumb parents and victims that think/make this a JW WTS thing.

No matter who you are, rather the victim or the parents of, if someone commits any such abuse upon you or your child, you should go straight to the police, period. That is where the reporting should begin, not to elders and PO or ringing some branch office.

If this 'kid' * so-called walked free because the daughters didn't want to prosecute, then why want the elders to prosecute him?

I say if the daughters today feel they were abused by their uncle, then the father and daughters should go report it to the police.

    * If he left at 16 to his girlfriends, it sounds like anything he did with the daughters took place with him being younger than 16.

If you have a house on fire do you call the Elders, the Branch, or the FIRE DEPARTMENT?

Walk into the Police Department, or Prosecutors office during business hours, and file a formal report, preferably WITH the VICTIM.

You may also want to take the victim to an attorney.

The young age of the perpetrator is no excuse for what he did, and it showed that he had paedophiliac leanings.

He is possibly still inclined that way ??? and anyway whether he has perpetrated more similar acts as an Adult , or not, he still presents a Danger to the vulnerable in the Congregation.

He needs bringing to account, and some therapy no doubt. Also this should see the full light of day, because your daughters reputations have been unjustly sullied, and must NOT remain that way !

What IS disgusting about the Org. is that after all the CSA scandals, they still have these kind of perverts in their midst, and do NOTHING to protect the Lambs in their Flock.

Kids having some kind of sex with kids is a reflection of their upbringing, common in jw land because their innocence is destroyed from birth having to listen to sex talks at the Hall.

I don't believe an under age child perpetrator would be prosecuted by law, the trauma of losing his own family paired with weekly brain washing sessions and cult behaviour is the true perpetrator. Adults are responsible here, not children.

JW families in general do not have open communication with their children because of the judgement and stigma of 'sin' and 'sinful behaviour ' which cause children to be silent, for fear of punishment, which we all know is harsh.

I am speaking from personal experience and eye witness experience.

Children cannot be blamed for childhood behaviour directly caused by the way adults raise them. The law wont see it as any different.

Phizzy....I have to disagree. Even the most conservative of churches and courts recognize that youthful sexual experimentation and exploration is very common. Equating this innocent behavior with criminal abuse can destroy lives. In my own youthful life there were moments of such exploration. Looking back at it for what it was is perfectly healthy. Had some well intentioned adult learned of it and declared us as perverts or criminals, then real damage would have been done. I know of another situation where intense feelings of shame and guilt were created through adult intervention that labeled the youth and led to suicidal thoughts.

Children even young teens, playing doctor or even acting out what was seen on TV is not predatory behavior and should not result in lifelong consequences. The best response is sometimes reassurance that they are normal and can look back on this experience as part of the complicated process of growing up.

In this case, it sounds like a boy and his stepsisters satisfied curiosity mutually. If that is accurate, they should laugh and move on.

I think peacefulpete has the best answer above in fairness.

As a ps, the poster doesn't state whether the boy was at any point baptised while living under his roof, to JWs that would make a big difference. An unbaptised individual is not under their jurisdiction, and whatever was done before baptism is in the past as far as they're concerned.

I dealt with a similar case where the kids (12 years old) were mutually engaged in sex together. The police cited "Romeo and Juliet" statutes and no charges were filed. The parents were counseled to keep the kids apart and get them some needed counseling. The elders agreed with this.

In another case, one party was 19 and the other was 15. Authorities took it serious and criminal charges were considered, until both were interviewed. The 16 year old was too young to consent, but the case was still dropped and it "went away". The parents of the 16 old were pretty upset but the local DA refused to escalate the case, probably due to the extreme immaturity of the 2 kids. These things are not always black in white in the eyes of the law.
