I have favorite music CD's or movies ready just for when I need to forget my problems. When I can forget about trying to solve anything or getting work done and just "escape" into music or a breezy story, it at least eases the tension for an hour or two.

It not only brightened up my day, but it made me feel a whole lot better about everything.
This is what I find really helps, and well...you two helped me considerably by simply being your kind and wonderful selves.
