Sea Breeeze I notice you said "Not if sin is inherited on the Y chromosome." But if sin is only inherited on the Y chromosome, then virtually all female humans are free of inherited sin since virtually all human females have no Y chromosome. Do you believe that virtually all female humans are free of inherited sin? [Of course from a atheistic naturalist point of view, 'sin' doesn't exist since sin is defined by reference to disobedience to a god. The term 'sin', at least in the strict sense, is only a term of theology.]
Did Jesus have a Y chromosome?

Adam supposedly had XY chromosomes, Eve was created from Adam's X chromosomes, so basically Eve was Adam's clone with a duplicated chromosome.
If sin is inherited on the Y chromosome, then all females would still be perfect, because females have XX and thus no "sin chromosomes", that is therefore incorrect.
As far as Jesus is concerned, he'd get the X chromosome from his mother and another Y chromosome would have to be generated from whole cloth. Females can't be cloned into males, whereas male (this has been tested on frogs) could technically be cloned with 2 X chromosomes activated and thus get a female clone.
He would thus carry sin in him at least, even if the genes for 'sin' were magically turned off. So it is entirely possible that had Jesus reproduced (the Mary Magdalene story), his children would either immediately or in a few generations have the sin genes reactivated, because they'd be diluting the activation of those genes.

The same god who could create people by forming them from clay would have had no issue with inseminating a human female with an offspring made up of completely unique genetic material. Mary was not impregnated in the normal sense, so there is no reason that she would pass along her DNA to Jesus.

There is. Jesus genealogy through Mary is listed in the Bible.

Whether or not you believe in the virgin birth, Matt 1:23 says that the angel announced that Mary would “conceive”. Earlier the writer says by “holy spirit” (Matt 1:18).
If the translation is accurate in its use of the word “conceive”, then Mary contributed half of the DNA and the rest was perhaps new DNA. This can only be conjecture as the scriptures do not elaborate on genetic science/engineering.
WTC has long theorized that sin comes through the DNA of the male. They may be right or just twisting the scriptures. Or maybe the hokey pokey really is what it’s all about. Who knows?!
The real question I ask is: Where is the connection to the previous spirit creature that was in heaven prior to his arrival on earth as a human embryo? In transferring the life of Jesus to the womb of Mary, something more than material DNA was surely required. WTC narrative does not allow for a life force to have been transferred - even if they say otherwise. They have never adequately explained the breath of life that God breathed into Adam at creation. They also teach that when a person dies, he ceases to exist entirely. If that is the case, then those resurrected are little more than clever duplicates of the original person since there is no uninterrupted link/connection between the past life and the future life. Would we take comfort in a promise that an identical version of one self will be recreated to live in the future? I certainly would not since it would not be ME.
Please think about this a little while before sending a knee jerk reply supporting WTC theology. This is not a promotion for an immortal soul, but rather a question about the life force itself and the role it plays in making us the individuals that we are, something more than a complex electro-chemical assemblage of DNA. Seriously, take some time to think this over.

all these complications in the changed genes could have been corrected by early intervention with the tool available in the garden, the fruit, sap, bark, leafs from the tree of life, one of many, that were freely available for consumption.
Did JC have y chromosomes? are there males without them? have deep voice without the? can you grow a beard without them?

Actually a small section of the Y chromosome undergoes recombination with the X during meiosis, allowing for some of that paternal Y chromosome DNA to get transferred to an X chromosome that might ultimately end up inherited by a daughter.

Fisherman: Jesus genealogy through Mary is listed in the Bible.
So is his genealogy through Joseph. I doubt Yahweh was worried that Mary would get a blood test and find out that he wasn't the real father.
