  Can it get any weirder? Here is a demonstration of a midweek meeting demonstration, showing a sister out in field service talking to a householder. They are both wearing masks due to COVID.

  What country is letting Jehovah's Witnesses preach house to house during COVID? How can anyone understand what they are saying talking through a mask? The sister shows the householder a minute and a half video about the Jehovah's Witnesses. The householder gives the sister her phone number so she can talk further about Jehovah.

  I sat through many unrealistic demonstrations, but this one really takes the cake!

  Okay this is very strange. Since the lockdowns started literally EVERY demonstration I've seen is about phone witnessing. How are these two women from different households even in the same room? The GB explicitly said that public preaching is discontinued until further notice and that it will outlast government restrictions. So yeah, I'm as puzzled by this as you are.

  They will allow door to door witnessing when the social restrictions are lifted , count on it.

  In the U.S. COVID-19 restrictions are done state by state. Several states have lifted all COVID-19 mandates and restrictions.

  Hmm - maybe they are in the same household. Haven't you seen the Societies Jade & Neeta videos? Maybe they have moved in as room mates. Platonically , of course!

  I got the impression that this is not formal field service but informally seeing someone wearing a mask and commending her for that. From there she went on to say she is a JW and not currently going from door to door but they exchanged telephone numbers to keep in contact.

  I would have thought that informal witnessing still comes under the heading of "public witnessing" and is currently banned by the WT Society.

  These videos, as I understand it are also streamed for those with no ZOOM access.
