I do not think that it is possible to disprove evolution. Anything seeming not to conform to evolution can be shown to reconcile some way, and even if it can't, that doesn't invalidate evolution, it only means that aspect of the evolutionary process is not understood. So, I think that it is a waste of time to attempt to invalidate evolution. It is not known for sure if evolution is the case even though it is widely viewed as a fact from the position that it is believed that the degree of evolution not being the case is almost null. From my experience it is hilarious watching amateurs proving or disproving it. They just do not know. You can sit in a classroom and learn it or in a court room and be convinced -but you were not there and did not see what happened. If you can measure evolution, case closed. But you can't, you are required to believe that it is a fact.
