Yes, I think the families of the victims "and" the shooter are having enough to handle than have strangers speculating on the motive and it getting out there. So moomanchu, you seem to be trying to say that sharing guesses is a good thing for these families to see shared around. I think that someone who is now dead, may not be harmed, but their living family can be.

Awful. My deepest condolences to the families of the deceased and injured.

Looks like her parents divorced and remarried each other multiple times. She was caught in a lot of instability and needed threapy to navigate changing custody court orders.
Still, almost impossible to imagine a15 year old girl doing this.

How is me guessing a murder motive on an obscure ex-cult website harmful to the victims families or others? I'm sure they and anyone else who followed this story are guessing themselves as to why it happend.
I know the news media and others closely related to the murders are speculating on it through TV. I even seen an interview of one of the classmates from that school who looked to be about 9 years old. That could be argued as harmful to families and students because it's constantly in your face.
No one related to those murders is reading these comments on JWD. If they are they went looking for opinions and they want to read about what others think.

Right,Left,Up or Down....we have another example of someone filled with hate. If the manifesto proves to be genuine, she had no love for humanity, thought of them as garbage. A dark road to choose.

This is just another "Normal Day" in the life of Homo-Sapiens.
In America, the lefties will always blame the Guns.
But in the Global sphere, the same thing is happening Every Single Day, even in Countries when Guns are banned.Sorry Liam, this is false info. The U.S. has a huge problem with guns. There are only 2 or 3 other countries in the world with more gun related homicides. Those countries are Latin American and run by drug cartels.
You may believe it's everyones right to own a gun, that's another argument but at least be honest about the consequences.

@joey jojo: that statement is misleading, the EU does not collect information about gun or most other crime in any centralized manner nor do a lot of other countries. Estimates in studies must use proxies such as whether people are self-reported victims of crime and criminal assault with a weapon is significantly higher in the EU. The most dead in what FBI considers mass shootings (note EU does not have a definition of statistics on mass shootings) in the last decade is the EU, because their police nor schools are prepared to deal with gun crime and people with guns cannot stop criminals with guns.
And you should be honest about the consequences as quite a few countries have an equally “high” per capita gun ownership rate as the US, yet you claim there is no proportional gun crime.
Here are just a few outstanding examples of guns in Europe.
November 2015 - FRANCE - Islamist attackers in Paris armed with guns and bombs target the Bataclan music hall, six bars and restaurants, and the perimeter of the Stade de France sports stadium just outside the French capital, killing 130 people - including 90 concertgoers in the Bataclan - and injuring hundreds.
March 2023 - GERMANY - A gunman in Hamburg shoots dead six people before killing himself at a Jehovah's Witness worship hall. Eight other people were wounded, including a seven-months pregnant woman, who lost her unborn daughter.May 2023 - SERBIA - In a single week, a 13-year-old boy guns down eight fellow pupils and a security guard in a Belgrade school. Two days later, a gunman kills eight people and wounds 14 others in a village near the Serbian capital. Both suspects are arrested.December 2023 - CZECH REPUBLIC - A Czech student shoots dead his father then kills 14 people at his Prague university. The gunman, killed at the scene possibly by one of his own bullets, is also suspected in the killings of another man and his two-month-old daughter who were found shot dead in woods in a village outside Prague, the week before. -

joey jojo, do you know what stats are?
How is it that we own 50% of the Worlds Guns, but don’t lead the entire freaking Planet in Gun Violence?
When you DIVE into the stats, past the fear and the Media Headlines, you will find that the USA doesn’t even crack the Top 10 GLOBALLY in Gun Violence or death per capita.
And the USA is getting pretty close to 375 million freaking people from all nationalities and cultures, which includes the latest several million illegal aliens and terrorists that have invaded the Country, thanks to the current administration running the Country.
With all the millions of Guns and crazy people floating around in the USA, it only ranks 32nd .....in Highest Rate of death from Gun Violence in the World, and 3.96 per 100,000 people as of 2019.
But there’s more to the story;

This French attack was clearly a terrorist attack. Much different than an average school-kid blasting through a primary school. The E.U has about 0.9 deaths per 100000, the U.S is 4 times that figure.
If you want to compare the U.S. to the poorest, war-torn, or second/ third world countries, then yes, the stats look better, there are quite a few countries with a higher per capita gun death rate. But the U.S still has the highest gun deaths per capita of any advanced country.
I'm not making up these stats, they are there for anyone to see. You can disagree and spin the figures in whatever way makes you feel better.
