I don't care about the tedious US politics, but the manner in which it changes the meaning of the statement is fairly obvious. Anyone who understands basic English would realise that the inclusion of an apostrophe indicates 'the garbage of or pertaining to his supporters' (such as hypothetical attitudes or rhetoric) rather than saying the supporters are themselves garbage.

The sentence makes sense without the apostrophe. With the apostrophe it should have finished with "his supporter's rhetoric, comments, language, speech, attitude, actions, jokes, discourse, views, opinions ........"

What everyone is on overlooking is that Biden was confused. He thought he was on a call with the doctors office regarding his daily medications, administered rectally. It just so happens the ad phrase for the suppositories is "Basic daily support and vitamins for aging men". Jill just says, "Time to take your supporters!"

So Biden, was just telling his doctor (he thought) that the meds are too rough and interfere with iced cream time, 30 minutes later - which is, in fact, garbage.
